I had this problem. I am not a pro but your QB is 9yo yiu need a new QB software. Have you been getting the updates that QB has? Get a software person to help you , but I would buy a new QB whichever you are using and start learning about it. I am nervous for you. Also how old is your computer?? So I would engage an IT person for small biz to help you.

I am a 1 person office and have one to help with this and tel me when I need new computer.
